Terms and conditions

All courses provided by Suicide-Safer London CIC: The National Centre for Suicide Prevention Training are available in-house at your place

SFA: Suicide First Aid through Understanding Suicide Intervention – £1500 plus optional £75 per participant (City and Guilds registration). Maximum of 16 participants. Discount for 3rd sector organisations

SFA: Suicide First Aid LITE & safeTALK – total cost for 10 – 20 participants: £900.00

Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training – total cost for 20 participants: £4000
(Additional participants can be added at cost of materials £50 each up to 30 people)

Travel and, where necessary, overnight accommodation / subsistence, are payable in addition. Travel is standard class rail fare from London (for courses delivered in England) or mileage at 40p per mile from the same location. Accommodation and subsistence are a maximum of £150 per day, where the course requires an overnight stay.

You are free to sell places to other organisations to help fund the cost of the training. In-house training costs discounts can be negotiated for community and poorly funded groups


Cancellations should be made in writing. Open courses: please note that we are unable to refund any of your fee if you cancel within 14 clear days of a course or seminar. A £30 administration fee will be charged if you cancel at any time prior to this.

Once an in-house course has been booked, a 60% cancellation fee may be charged if it is cancelled by the booking organisation less than 28 working days before the course is due to take place. If training materials have already been produced a further 25% fee may be charged.
